Our Services
Buyer’s Pre-Inspection
Our residential property inspection is designed to help you understand the strengths and weaknesses of a particular home. We’ll carefully evaluate a home’s visible and readily accessible areas, investigating the structure and installed mechanical systems for any defective components. Once we’ve completed the evaluation, we’ll compile a comprehensive report of our findings that you’ll be able to access within 24-48 hours.
Inspected components include:
- Roof
- Structural Components
- Foundation & Crawl Space
- Basement
- Driveway & Walkways
- Deck
- Garage
- Exterior (doors, windows, soffits, fascias, siding)
- Interior (doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, stairs)
- Attic, Insulation, & Ventilation
- Plumbing System
- Electric System
- HVAC Systems
- Built-in Kitchen Appliances
If moisture intrusion is suspected in any area of the home, a moisture meter will be used to determine the extent of the problem.

We also offer these services:
Pre-Listing Inspection
Selling a home comes with its own set of challenges, but the process can go much more smoothly if you have your home professionally inspected before making a listing. We’ll assess the condition of the home’s readily accessible areas, informing you of any defects. This will give you a chance to repair or report known issues so that negotiations can commence without the buyer’s inspection revealing anything that could negatively affect a successful transaction.
New Construction Inspection
When construction on your new home is entering the final stages, it’s a good time to contact us to perform an unbiased third-party inspection. We’ll examine the structure of the home and any installed mechanical systems for defects that need to be addressed by the contractors before the project is officially completed.
Home Maintenance Inspection
This inspection is recommended annually for all current homeowners. We’ll evaluate the condition of your home’s structure and installed systems for any defects or safety issues that have emerged. We’ll also determine if any components will be in need of improvement anytime in the foreseeable future—ensuring that your investment is protected for years to come.
New Construction Phase Inspection
To ensure that the construction of your new home is completed safely and without interruption, we recommend scheduling a Phase Inspection. We’ll arrive on-site at 4 critical phases of the build to assess current progress, including the condition of materials used and any structural components that are completed or nearing completion. This will protect your investment by confirming that your home is safe, sound, and free from any material defects.
